Integrated Logistic Support (ILS)

Since Technofan is identified as System Provider, what has been developed into Customer Services Team, to set up the needed support ?
  • Set up of ILS function from the initial development to the end of service
  • Role of ILS System, is to set-up the Support System for new program, and maintain in operational conditions the main system, in accordance with Customers requirements.
  • Maintainability : Our ILS Team share In-Service experience with Design Team, and the Design Team share development expertise with ILS before Entry Into Service (EIS).
  • In-Service experience sharing with Design Team, through our quarterly In-Service review meeting
The ILS system is mainly composed with :
  • Training
  • Overhaul and Repair Network
  • In-Service experience
  • Spares and AOG Services
  • Tools and GSE
  • Technical Publication and Price list catalog
  • New Services solution
  • Packaging, handling
The whole component of this system must be available at the Entry Into Service (EIS) of Technofan Systems and components.
