The Technofan Customer Service organization coordinates overall technical support and business activity with airlines and other after-sales customers. We offer a wide range of customized support services for the operators of civil, regional, business, transport and cargo aircraft, helicopters and military applications.
Our main goals
  • Achieve 15-days (or less) repair turnaround time, through our repair stations network
  • Meet or exceed industry standards for responsiveness
  • Meet terms of OEM product support agreements
  • Provide proactive field applications engineering services
  • Deliver World Class repair services, spares sales, retrofit and upgrade marketing services, to enhance the potencial of Technofan products to its customers
  • Deliver high quality and timely technical publication
  • Ensure an AOG (Aircraft On Ground) Service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
